My twine game Cinderella is adapted from the fairy tale Cinderella, but I have made some adaptations and given the story three endings. In this interactive story, there will be 2 positive endings and a negative ending. Who exactly is Cinderella? What will happen to the story after she and the prince get married? I thought about these questions when I was conceiving the idea. It also draws on some elements from classic films. For example, the "no access to room 103" setting is from Kubrick's The Shining; the "who am I" setting in story 1 is from the film Shutter Island; the "man in the mirror " from Darren Aronofsky's Black Swan and Kon Satoshi's Perfect Blue; the crystal coffin is inspired by the Spanish film La Cara Oculta.
